Gena Pagh
Originally from the rugged landscapes of Alaska, Gena brings precision and personality to every cut. With a specialty in straight hair, expert scissor work, and rejuvenating scalp massages, she delivers a tailored grooming experience that keeps clients coming back. When she's not behind the chair, you’ll find her behind the wheel—Gena drives rally cars for fun, bringing that same adrenaline and focus to her craft.
Monica Turner
Monica specializes in fades and beard grooming, blending precision with creativity to craft sharp, tailored looks. She may be on the shorter side, but her personality is anything but—bold, energetic, and always up for a good conversation. Passionate about the craft of barbering, she loves meeting new people and making every client feel their best. A proud mom of two (three if you count her husband), Monica has called Texas home for over a decade, though her Northern roots run deep—ask her which part of the hand she’s from! And if you ever need a deep dive into a galaxy far, far away, she’s your go-to Jedi.
Taylor Cope
Born in North Carolina but raised in Bell County, Taylor is a local through and through. A graduate of the Barber School of Pittsburgh, she specializes in drop fades, burst fades, and precision beard trims with a straight razor. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for her craft, Taylor ensures every client leaves looking their best. When she’s not behind the chair, she’s spending time with her two-year-old daughter, her greatest source of inspiration.
Sara Sudlow
Bringing confidence to every client since 2012, Sara has a true passion for the art of barbering. From a baby’s first haircut to the final touch-up before saying “I do,” and everything in between, she’s dedicated to providing a comfortable, relaxing experience. Specializing in classic men’s cuts, precision beard trims, and children’s haircuts, Sara ensures every client leaves feeling their best.
When she’s not behind the chair, she embraces her love for cottagecore baking, attending Renaissance fairs, and researching homeopathic medicine—proving that old-world charm and modern barbering go hand in hand.
Melinda Pulliza
Melinda Pulliza has been a barber since 2014, specializing in straight razor shaves. As the first barber at The Edge Barbershop, she has been here since day one, providing reliable service to clients who appreciate a classic cut and shave. With years of experience behind the chair, Melinda offers a steady hand and a straightforward approach to barbering.
Kristin Abshire
With over 20 years in the industry, Kristin is a seasoned hairstylist and barber dedicated to top-notch service and creating lasting relationships. A proud Texas native from the DFW area, she specializes in men’s and boys’ cuts, from crisp fades and tapers to classic scissor work. Beyond the chair, Kristin is a devoted mom to two amazing daughters, who are her entire world. She finds joy in praise and worship music, church on Sundays, and jamming out with the windows down on a sunny 70-degree day. You’ll always know when Kristin is around—if you don’t see her, you’ll definitely hear her! With a laugh that’s been described as anything from a hyena to a cackle, she brings energy and joy to every appointment.
Sandra Esparza
Hailing from sunny California, Sandra has called Texas home for the past eight years—and she's been sharpening her skills in the barbering world for nearly six of them. She specializes in beard sculpting, skin fades, long hair, and intricate braiding, blending technique with creativity to give each client a standout look. Off the clock, Sandra’s a horror movie aficionado and the proud caretaker of a lively household that includes three dogs, four cats, two rabbits, two chickens, and one very chill fish. Fun fact: she’s ambidextrous, which definitely comes in handy with a pair of clippers.
